Built inside a working business

MAIA started as the assistant running Elias Construction, Elias Custom Cabinetry and Completely Clean in Byron, Minnesota. It drafts our client updates, turns site visits into tasks, tracks warranty work, prepares our leadership meetings and keeps every department on one page. MAIA Enterprises packages what works and sets it up for other local businesses, with the same rule we use ourselves: AI drafts, people approve.

Common questions

Do I need to be a contractor?

No. We started with the trades, but the same tools work for any local service business.

Who owns the app and data?

You do. Hubs run in your own accounts and the code and data are yours.

Is the Care Plan required?

No. It is optional for every package.

Will the AI send emails on its own?

Not unless you want it to. By default it drafts and you approve.

What does it cost to run after setup?

Hubs usually run $25 to $50 per month in hosting paid directly to the platform. Assistants use your existing email and a standard AI subscription.

How fast can we start?

Jumpstarts can be booked within a week or two. Hub installs are limited to one new client per month.
